Savannah Case Management is located along the southeastern coastline in Savannah, Georgia. Established in 1995, we specialize in providing the prompt coordination of medical and rehabilitative services, catastrophic and non-catastrophic, for clients with work related injuries.
Our rehabilitation suppliers/case managers have extensive knowledge and experience in providing services for injured workers with orthopedic, spinal cord, traumatic brain injury, burns, amputation, and multiple trauma injuries.
Our objective is to assist injured employees in the coordination of appropriate medical services to facilitate recovery and timely return to work in regular or modified job duties, as appropriate. We strive to provide the insurance carrier, employer, and injured employee with a better understanding of the diagnosis, plan of treatment and expected outcomes for the specific injury.
Our comprehensive evaluations and detailed reports insure that all parties involved remain up to date on the progress of the injured employee’s medical status, work status, and attainment of maximum medical improvement.
